Project Beyshick 2009, a leadership and career development program by Nishnawbe Aski Nation (NAN) and the POA Educational Foundation is for members of First Nation communities (currently only open to NAN but will expand to other regions on Canada soon). The project, now in its 5th year will run from Aug 15-20, 2009.
Project Beyshick is open to entrepreneurs, students, professionals and community leaders over the age of 18. Successful program candidates participate in workshops at some of Canada’s leading educational institutes such as Dale Carnegie Business Group and Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University, while gaining hands on job-shadowing experience with Toronto-based senior level business executives and successful entrepreneurs.
